"I booked the deluxe cottage and it was really lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The infra red sauna and jacuzzi bath were a bonus, as was the fresh bread delivered daily as part of the deal. Plenty to keep the kids busy and we had a great time. The only negative aspect was the very low quality and overpriced food offered at the restaurants, and that at the restaurants they don’t provide tap water, not even for kids! "

"Room and food were really good. But what really let it down was the service. Whilst not always poor on the odd occasion it was really good, usally while ordering from the QR code on the table then it was ok. But service at the bar really let it down. "
